With ambiguous narrative, these staged, constructed scenes explore the concept of desperate loneliness, solitude and illustrate the unsettling reality of many people’s sheltered, simple lives. Illustrated in a dark, quirky and guiltily humorous way, Lindsay shows that not all characters are heroes, but searches to highlight the subject’s inner strength through their most vulnerable moments.
